Doctoral students in the Human Development (HD) or Organizational Development and Change (ODC) programs, can choose from those same two degree options at the master’s level. This pathway master’s is earned automatically along the way to the PhD. For more information about declaring your master’s degree track, see the policy.

Choose from HOD [course prefix] electives or from any of the general electives offered in the IECD program and/or the Leadership for Change program.
