Evidence Based Coaching for Organization Leadership Certificate

This certificate is designed specifically for students or professionals with at least 24 hours of coach training, and requires completion of 8 credits. The program can be completed in two terms plus final exams at the start of the 3rd term, and consists of the following elements:

• orientation (90 minute conference call)
• 2 online courses
• 2 skills training workshops
• teleconference learning (14 sessions)
• coaching supervision (10 hours)
