ELC-773 Rethinking Schools and Organizations4 semester credits Students apply a critical pedagogical approach to creating systemic change in schools. Students explore homeostatic forces versus innovative forces to promote change, as well as stages for school improvement including climate, technology, curriculum, and organization. Students examine alternative approaches to education and organizational design, focusing on innovative strategies for improving learning environments and outcomes.
