Students critically analyze Western, Global, and Indigenous leadership theories, reflect on how their personal values align with these models, and develop a personal leadership philosophy.

By successfully completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Analyze and compare Western, Global, and Indigenous leadership theories in the context of diverse social and organizational settings.
  • Critically evaluate how leadership theories inform practices in addressing contemporary leadership challenges.
  • Reflect on personal leadership values and identify areas of alignment or divergence with established leadership models.  
  • Develop a personal leadership philosophy grounded in critical analysis and reflective practice.
