ELC-734 Dissertation Writing: Self Directed Research and Writing

4 semester credits


This course is for students requiring additional time to complete their dissertation. The course is graded pass/fail (CR/NC), or can be given an Incomplete as per the university grade policy. This course can be repeated. The course can be registered for a total of 6 terms; the terms need not be consecutive. This course cannot be substituted for elective courses. 

Students engage in self-directed learning, receiving ongoing guidance and feedback from their dissertation chair and/or committee to advance their research, writing, and progress toward dissertation completion.
