By successfully completing this course, students will be able to:

• Design and implement a leadership change project that integrates doctoral competencies and aligns with personal and professional growth goals.  
• Apply theory and practice to real-world leadership challenges, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  
• Engage in reflective practice to evaluate personal leadership development as a scholar-practitioner.
• Integrate insights from doctoral study into project design and implementation, fostering a deeper understanding of leadership in action.  
• Assess the impact of the leadership project on personal and professional development, including lessons learned and future applications.
