ODL-503 Organizational Change6 semester credits Organizational culture influences the likelihood of success or failure for change strategies and initiatives. This course examines the factors that drive organizational change, focusing on change in organizational culture, structure, and communication. Special emphasis is placed on change resistance, dimensions of change, and approaches to the change management process.
