Comprehensive Evidence Based Coaching Certificate

This certificate program requires completion of 12 credits. The program can be completed in three terms plus a final performance evaluation at the start of the 4th term, and consists of the following elements:
- orientation (90 minute conference call)
- 3 online courses
- 2 skills training workshops
- videoconference learning (20 sessions)
- individual mentor coaching (3 hours)
- group mentor coaching (7 hours)
- group coaching supervision (4 hours)
