HOD-824 Social Psychology4 semester credits In this course students examine effective decision-making in organizations, drawing on research in social psychology, interpersonal relations, and neuropsychology. Creating organizational change requires insight into both organizational dynamics and the social psychology of organizational stakeholders. Students address questions such as “How can the leaders of organizations engage most effectively with key stakeholders, in order to develop and engage in practices that promote social and ecological sustainability?” Delivery Method: Online Grading Default: Letter Learning Outcome(s):
- Demonstrate understanding of the latest advances in cognitive sciences
