Students successfully completing this class will be able to:
- Understand basic concepts and terms associated with empirical research.
- Understand advantages and disadvantages of common research designs.
- Examine different methods of analysis for common research designs.
- Read and understand academic research articles.
- Develop appropriate research questions and hypotheses to align to specific research methodologies.
- Understand how to design a research proposal for specific research designs.
